Demi's passion for both the people and process of animation has led her to pursue a career in production management.
Demi has cultivated a wealth of varied project experience, from TV to Feature, 2D to 3D to puppets, and from working with both international vendor studios and in-house artists.
Her appreciation of the arts, clever problem-solving, and empathetic leadership style allow to her be a compassionate ally for her creative teams.
She aspires to continue to help produce beautifully-animated, heartfelt, and meaningful content that can inspire audiences around the world.

Demi is passionate about sharing career insights and advice that can nurture and encourage. She has been a regular speaker for more than a dozen sessions at her alma mater, New York University (Tisch School of the Arts). She is also a speaker on Yellow Brick x NYU’s “Animation Industry Essentials” online course.
